David S. McCreary originally founded his law practice in 1994 with a
commitment to helping people solve their legal problems with a personal
approach, professionalism, and cost effectiveness. David's practice
areas include corporate law, litigation, asset protection, estate
planning, criminal defense, and personal injury. David received his
bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University in 1990 where he
graduated cum laude and was an active athlete. David received his
Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law
in 1993. David uses his law enforcement background and criminal law
experience in a variety of difficult and challenging legal issues and
cases. David has also served as a city councilman for the City of The
Colony, Texas as well as serving on the Board of Adjustments and
Appeals. David has made numerous local and national television
appearances, is a nationally published author, and frequently lectures
at various continuing legal education events. David is admitted to
practice before all state courts in Texas and is admitted to practice
in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern
Districts of Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for
the Fifth Circuit.
Brad
Stockford is a 1980 graduate of Arlington High School in Arlington,
Texas. Mr. Stockford received his Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Texas, Arlington in 1985. In 1990, he obtained his Juris
Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego,
California. Thereafter, Mr. Stockford was admitted to the California
Bar Association and has specialized in Personal Injury and Civil
Litigation for the past eleven years. He is a Graduate of the Hastings
College of Advocacy Program. Mr. Stockford was a Judge Pro Tem for the
Santa Clara County Superior Court in addition to being an Arbitrator
and Mediator. He was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in 2001.
