Compensation
McCreary & Stockford L.P. strives to keep employee compensation competitive with
that of other top-quality law firms similar in size. Toward this end,
our compensation arrangements are reviewed annually. Employee salaries
are based on merit and reflect the effectiveness and development of individuals as well as the entire legal team.
Medical Benefits
- Medical
insurance for employee at no cost (medical insurance for spouses (or
domestic partners) and dependent children, at the Employee's option
and paid by the Employee);
- Dental
Plan at the Employee's option and paid by Employee;
- Vision
Plan at the Employee's option and paid by Employee;
- Basic
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance;
- Long
Term Disability coverage;
- Healthcare
spending account to pay eligible unreimbursed medical and dental expenses
on a before-tax basis; and

Additional

Employees

in the Texas Bar association and one local bar association;
- Reimbursement
for the cost of attendance at professional seminars and CLE's approved

week of vacation for the first year, Two weeks of vacation their 2nd
through 5th years, and three weeks of vacation after their
5th year;
